You will bring UK railway operations knowledge, familiarity with signalling, timetabling, and planning systems, plus strong communication, training, and UAT support.

Qualifications

• UK railway industry experience and roles.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product priorities and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with customers and supporting product adoption.
• Providing customer training and platform support.
• Testing new functionality and supporting UAT.
• Working with developers to improve and evolve the product.
• Using railway experience to identify product improvements and new opportunities.
• Contributing to product priorities and the roadmap.
• Analysing railway industry data and supporting better timetabling solutions.
