Job summary

Royal Ballet and Opera is seeking a Product Owner for data platforms to lead the development and optimisation of our Customer Data Platform, with future ownership of the Enterprise Data Platform. You will bridge business strategy with data capability, working across departments to champion a product-led approach.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, and a track record in data platforms, privacy compliance and stakeholder engagement with senior

Qualifications

Significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or equivalent role.
Experience owning and developing data products, data platforms or analytics capabilities.
Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior business leaders.
Experience working with customer data, audience insight, CRM, marketing technology or analytics platforms.
Experience of data governance, privacy and compliance practices, including GDPR requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as the bridge between business strategy, data capability and technology delivery.
Collaborate across departments to champion a product-led approach.
Own the development and optimisation of data platforms, starting with the Customer Data Platform and evolving to Enterprise Data Platform.
