Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is looking for enthusiastic Engineering Managers to lead their Rail Engineering Services team, overseeing the technical delivery of diverse projects across the UK and overseas. The role involves managing multi-disciplinary teams, client relationships, and promoting a culture of safety.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in railway engineering, experience in the full project lifecycle, and possess a chartered engineering qualification. A hybrid working model offering flexibility is also part of the package.

Qualifications

• Track record of successfully delivering multi-disciplinary projects as an Engineering Manager.
• Strong experience across the full project lifecycle in railway engineering design.
• Ability to challenge project teams confidently on outputs and deliverables.
