Job summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services is hiring a Mobile Electrical Technician to perform electrical maintenance across train stations in London, Metro, Southeast London and Kent. You will operate with a company van and require a UK driving license; PTS may be required. 40 hours per week, plus call-out rota.

Role involves delivering PPM and reactive works within SLAs, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining CAFM records. Training and development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrical apprenticeship credentials are required or preferred.
• City and Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent qualification is expected.
• City and Guilds 18th Edition is required.
• City and Guilds 2391 is desirable.
• PTS, IOSH Working/Managing Safely, PTW/RAMS/SWMS, and L8 training are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work aligns with method statements, risk assessments, and safety legislation.
• Deliver exceptional service by completing PPM tasks and reactive works within contractual SLAs.
• Maintain high standards across premises through proactive service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their representatives through outstanding customer service.
• Keep site documentation up to date for audits.
• Utilize CAFM system to provide accurate service information.
• Demonstrate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe work delivery.
• Carry out Electrical Maintenance and Installation work per industry standards.

Education

Recognized Electrical Apprenticeship (preferred, not essential)

City and Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent

City and Guilds 18th Edition

City and Guilds 2391 (desirable)

Personal Track Safety - PTS (desirable)

IOSH Working/Managing Safely (desirable)

Safe System of Work Procedure - PTW; RAMS etc. (desirable)

L8 Training (desirable)
