Job summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services is seeking a Mobile Electrical Technician to deliver electrical maintenance across train stations in London, the Southeast and Kent, with occasional work in Sussex. You'll work from a company van and hold a UK driving license.

Core duties include completing PPM tasks, reactive maintenance within SLAs, maintaining site documentation, using CAFM systems, and adhering to safety standards. 40 hours/week, on-call rota 1 in 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Recognized Electrical Apprenticeship (preferred, not essential).
• City and Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
• City and Guilds 18th Edition.
• City and Guilds 2391 (desirable).
• Personal Track Safety - PTS (desirable).
• IOSH Working/Managing Safely (desirable).
• Safe System of Work Procedure - PTW; RAMS etc. (desirable).
• L8 Training (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work aligns with method statements, risk assessments, and safety legislation.
• Deliver exceptional service by completing PPM tasks and reactive works within contractual Service Level Agreements.
• Maintain high standards across all premises through proactive service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their representatives through outstanding customer service.
• Keep site documentation up to date for regular audits.
• Utilize the client's CAFM system to provide accurate service information.
• Demonstrate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe work delivery.
• Carry out Electrical Maintenance and Installation work in accordance with industry standards.
