Job summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services is seeking a Mobile Electrical Technician to cover rail stations across London, the Southeast, and Kent, with occasional Sussex work. You’ll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a 1 in 6 call-out rota. A company van is provided and a UK driving license is essential.

Role includes electrical maintenance, installation work, and proactive service delivery in a railway contract environment. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Recognized Electrical Apprenticeship is required or preferred.
• City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 18th Edition is essential.
• City & Guilds 2391 is desirable.
• PTS is desirable, not essential.
• IOSH Working/Managing Safely is desirable.
• Safe System of Work/PTW RAMS is desirable.
• L8 Training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work aligns with method statements, risk assessments, and safety legislation.
• Deliver PPM tasks and reactive works within contractual SLAs.
• Maintain high standards across premises via proactive service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their representatives through outstanding customer service.
• Keep site documentation up to date for regular audits.
• Utilize the CAFM system to provide accurate service information.
• Demonstrate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe work delivery.
• Carry out Electrical Maintenance and Installation work per industry standards.
