Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of cost estimation experience, preferably in railway/transport.
• Proficiency with cost estimation software and tools.
• Strong engineering, construction methods, and PM knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in teams.
• Knowledge of railway and construction regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and create accurate cost estimates for railway projects.
• Develop budgets with detailed cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment.
• Perform cost analyses for scenarios and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Review contracts and procurement terms for cost clarity.
• Assess cost impact of scope changes and advise on change orders.
• Track costs in real time and report variances to stakeholders.
