Job summary

onlyFE is seeking an experienced educator to join our rail team in the East Midlands. You will plan, deliver and assess vocational programmes, including commercial activities, and support learners to achieve across a range of courses.

The successful candidate will hold NVQ level 3 or equivalent, pursue A1/V awards or teaching qualifications, and bring strong interpersonal and administrative skills. You will model professional standards and contribute to positive learning experiences.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent is required or equivalent
• A1 and V awards or equivalent assessor qualifications
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible and professional attitude, adaptable to learners of all ages and abilities

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess vocational programmes including commercial activities
• Drive developments within the rail area and support trainees across a range of programmes
