• Support rostering and timesheets related to training activity with accuracy.
• Maintain training systems and records with a clear audit trail for bookings, changes and completion.
• Provide support to AiTL processes with accurate records.
• Maintain confidential training documentation and secure filing systems.
• Coordinate a range of training-related duties to ensure visibility, coordination and efficiency.
• Assist other roles to promote resilient and consistent training administration.
