Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end rail systems projects in the UK. You will work with design and construction teams across the lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary resources, manage sub-contracts, report progress to stakeholders and support work-winning activities, while developing talent through mentoring and collaboration.

Qualifications

Experienced project professional with rail systems and signalling project delivery experience.
Demonstrates commitment to health and safety leadership.
Experience managing design through construction and commissioning.
Experience managing sub-contracts and delivering on budgets and milestones.
Strong contract awareness (NEC) and change management.
Proven ability to lead teams and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution and completion of projects with risk, cost, schedule and quality control.
Coordinate design, construction and commissioning resources across UK projects.
Drive main delivery schedule and milestone achievement.
Maintain excellent client relationships and support bids and tenders.
Develop talent through training and mentoring.
