Job summary

Egis is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Manager to lead the delivery of systems engineering, systems integration, systems assurance, and safety assurance activities across major rail and transportation programmes.

The successful candidate will provide technical and people leadership, managing a team of Systems Engineers, Systems Integration Engineers and Safety Assurance specialists while ensuring safe, integrated solutions throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Systems Engineering, Systems Integration and Safety Assurance within the rail industry.
• Experience leading and managing engineering teams within a consultancy, contractor or client organisation.
• Strong understanding of railway systems and multidisciplinary engineering integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of systems engineering, integration and safety assurance across rail projects.
• Manage a team of Systems Engineers, Systems Integration Engineers and Safety Assurance specialists.
• Establish best practice for systems engineering and ensure safe, integrated solutions across programmes.
• Coordinate interfaces between signalling, telecoms, rolling stock, power and track systems.
• Lead workshops, design reviews and client engagements.
• Support growth of Egis' Systems Integration capability in the UK and internationally.
