Job summary

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Rail team in Manchester, delivering station enhancement and accessibility projects across the Greater Manchester rail network. Manage projects from early design through to construction, commissioning and handover, leading teams and coordinating with TfGM and supply chain partners.

You’ll work within an established delivery team, driving safety, quality and programme performance while building strong client

Qualifications

Experience delivering rail infrastructure projects from design through to construction and handover.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Commercial awareness and experience managing project risks, programme and budgets.

Responsibilities

Manage rail station improvement and Access for All projects from feasibility to handover.
Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction teams across work packages.
Lead project planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
Manage governance and reporting requirements.
Build relationships with TfGM, rail industry stakeholders and supply chain partners.
Support commercial and programme performance throughout project delivery.
Manage change, risk and opportunity within a live rail environment.
Ensure compliance with rail industry standards, policies and assurance processes.
Drive collaborative working across internal teams, designers, subcontractors and clients.
Support the successful commissioning and handover of completed works.
