Job summary

HS2 Ltd in London is seeking a Project Manager- Command, Control and Signalling (CCS) to deliver CCS contracts on time, within budget and to scope and quality. You will manage the project through design, installation, testing and commissioning, joining as HS2 begins delivery with the Contractor.

You will lead the integrated HS2 team, coordinate with contractors, and work under NEC3; experience with high-value signalling projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high value, complex signalling projects.
• Experience delivering the project lifecycle from pre-contract through to design, installation, testing and commissioning (NEC conditions).
• Experience working across functions and disciplines to deliver objectives.
• Experience managing delivery through external contractors and/or suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated HS2 team, including matrixed team members and agency staff or consultants, to deliver project requirements to schedule.
• Manage the CCS contractor to ensure successful delivery of the CCS project to time, budget, scope and quality.
• Ensure the CCS project is integrated with other related HS2 and Network Rail projects.
• Undertake the duties of the Project Manager under an NEC3 contract.
