Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Signalling Supervisor in Belfast to lead live rail signalling projects, ensuring safety and compliance with standards. You will supervise teams on site, coordinate resources, and oversee project delivery from Milewater Road Depot.

The role requires hands-on signalling expertise, leadership ability, and a commitment to safety in a highly regulated environment. A full UK driving licence and relevant certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant signalling and telecommunications experience within the rail industry.
• Experience supervising or leading teams in a rail signalling environment.
• Experience working to railway safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Experience carrying out signalling testing, maintenance, installation, or commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead signalling teams on site.
• Monitor quality, safety and productivity to meet standards and deadlines.
• Support planning, resource allocation and site operations.
• Maintain site records, briefings and safe system of work documentation.
• Liaise with project teams and stakeholders for safe, efficient delivery.
