Job summary

Arriva is recruiting for Birmingham New Street to join the Service Centre as Team Members. You will pack and load orders, perform routine service checks, and ensure food safety while maintaining cleanliness of the Service Centre.

Flexibility is essential due to shift work and weekends; average 39 hours per week. Applicants should be computer literate and capable of working independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Background in logistics supply is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pack and load orders onto trains at the correct times.
• Carry out routine service checks (e.g., fridge temperatures).
• Clean the Service Centre and dispose of packaging and waste materials.
• Assist customers with enquiries during deliveries.
• Manage stock levels and food safety at all times.
