Rail Gourmet is seeking a Customer Service Assistant at Sheffield Station to join our frontline hospitality team. You will handle train-side deliveries, stock control, and order assembly while upholding health and safety standards.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT - SHEFFIELD STATION

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour.

Hours: Full Time (40 hours)

Shifts: Between 4:00am to 11:00pm

• Due to some responsibilities within the Customer Service Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

As a Customer Service Assistant You’ll

• Operating delivery equipment for train-side deliveries (Full training provided).
• Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from EMR trains.
