Job summary

Tended Ltd. is seeking an Implementation Lead for field-based deployments across the Sussex region, guiding client teams in using our safety tech on site. You’ll work with project managers to deliver excellent service, needing first-class communication and interpersonal skills to build trust quickly.

A driving licence and willingness to travel are essential for this role. You'll gain deep product knowledge to coach users and feed improvements back to the team, while staying hands-on with

Qualifications

• Experience as ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or similar on-site leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence site teams and users.
• Comfort with technology and ability to coach users on-site.
• Detail-oriented with a systematic, procedural approach.
• Initiative to identify and fix problems and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead key client deployments on the ground, guiding their teams using our safety kit.
• Build strong, trusted relationships quickly through clear communication.
• Develop deep product understanding to coach users and resolve day-to-day challenges.
• Observe how products are used on site and feed improvements back to the team.
