Job summary

Tended is seeking an Implementation Lead for field-based work across the Sussex region. You will guide client deployments on-site, work closely with project managers, and ensure teams adopt our geofencing safety technology safely and effectively.

You will travel regularly, spend days on depot and site, and rotate shifts including nights and weekends. A full driving licence is required and comfort with coaching diverse users is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or similar on-site railway leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence site teams and users.
• Comfortable with technology and able to develop product knowledge for on-site coaching.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach.
• Proactive and able to think creatively to fix problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead key client deployments on the ground and coordinate with project managers to deliver a high-quality service.
• Build rapid, trusted relationships with clients and ensure clear, effective communication.
• Develop deep product understanding to coach users through day-to-day challenges on-site.
• Observe product usage and feed back improvements to the team.
