Job summary

Tended is seeking an Implementation Lead for Sussex-based client deployments, bridging between the company and client teams to ensure safe, effective use of our geofencing safety tech on-site.

You will lead ground deployments, work with project managers, and build quick trust with client teams. Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and rail environment awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience as ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent or comparable on-site leadership role in railway or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence site teams and users.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to develop product understanding for on-site coaching.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow established processes with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Tended and clients; guide teams to use the kit on-site.
• Lead key client deployments with project managers to deliver excellent service.
• Develop deep product understanding to coach users and gather feedback.
• Spot on-site usage improvements and feed them back to the team.
