Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Reliable and punctual with good numeracy and literacy.

Responsibilities

• Issuing penalty fares to travellers without correct payment.
• Manage and control electronic ticket gates (Training provided).
• Assist passengers who require extra support or guidance.
• Be a smart, approachable company presence for customers.
• Handle incidents calmly and effectively; respond to issues as they arise.
• Attend court when required to support prosecution for fares violations.
• Coordinate with Station Supervisor or Station Manager to keep operations smooth.
