Qualifications

• Experience leading recruitment/resourcing teams in rail infrastructure or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Sentinel competencies, sponsorship arrangements, mobilisation and workforce compliance.
• Proven ability to develop and implement attraction strategies and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Recruitment Resourcers.
• Oversee urgent labour deliveries while maintaining future pipelines.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation activities.
• Forecast workforce demand with operational teams and plan future requirements.
• Oversee sponsorship, compliance and deployment processes.
• Utilise AI-driven recruitment technology to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Analyse workforce trends and resourcing performance to support business growth.
• Develop attraction strategies using job boards, referrals, social media and talent pools.
• Produce workforce planning reports and recommendations.
