Job summary

Arriva TrainCare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across the UK Trains portfolio, including Arriva TrainCare, ARTS, RTS Infrastructure and Grand Central. The role encompasses end-to-end recruitment across diverse disciplines in a hybrid setup with travel.

You will govern workflows in Workday, craft accurate job adverts, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting across a range of role types (operational, technical, engineering, corporate) within a complex environment.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Govern job requisition workflows in Workday and maintain governance, compliance and real-time status updates.
• Advertise roles across internal and external platforms and craft compelling adverts tailored to each discipline.
• Review CVs and conduct initial screening; coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Build talent pipelines using diverse sourcing tools and networks; engage passive talent for long-term hiring.
