Job summary

Morson Edge in Derby is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead production in a fast-paced rail rolling stock environment on a long-term contract. You will drive safety, quality and productivity while delivering on schedule.

Shifts rotate 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00; weekend work is occasional. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage production planning and KPIs, and champion continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production or operational teams in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
