Production Manager – Rail Rolling Stock

Location: Derby

Contract: Long-Term Contract

Pay: Excellent Rates (Inside IR35)

Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)

Weekend Working: Occasional weekends may be required

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected organisation based in Derby, offering an exciting long-term contract for an experienced Production Manager to lead and drive production performance within a fast-paced engineering environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major rail programme, managing production teams to deliver high-quality work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The Role

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily production activities, ensuring operational targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, manage resources effectively, and ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
