Morson Edge is recruiting a Production Manager – Rail Rolling Stock for Derby, on a long-term contract to drive daily production, safety, quality and schedule adherence. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources and production planning, and work to exceed customer expectations through continuous improvement and robust KPI management.

Experience in manufacturing, engineering or maintenance environments with leadership in rail rolling stock is preferred; ex-forces candidates with

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
• Manage shift performance and resolve operational challenges as they arise.
