Rolls-Royce is seeking a Product Support Engineer for Rail, based in the Midlands with remote work options. The role involves maintenance and repair of MTU rail products, following approved manuals and contract requirements, and embracing digitalisation.

The candidate will participate in continuous improvement, attend customer meetings for sign-off, document all work, and support HSQE processes while operating as a mobile engineer when required.

Qualifications

• Engineering background required.
• NVQ Level 2 in Engineering preferable but not essential.
• Outstanding safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and repairs on MTU rail products according to manuals and contracts.
• Attend and participate in meetings with the customer for sign-off of work.
• Complete relevant documentation for all work carried out.
• Proactive involvement in HSQE management processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of onsite facilities and ensure stock accuracy.
