Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation is seeking a Product Support Engineer for Rail, based in the Midlands with remote work options. You will support and maintain MTU rail products per approved manuals and contract requirements.

Travel and on-call shift work may be required, with training on SAP and MTU systems provided. You will engage in continuous improvement, document work accurately, and participate in local training to keep skills current, while ensuring HSQE compliance and effective stock control

Qualifications

• From an engineering background, NVQ Level 2 in Engineering preferable but not essential.
• Outstanding safety awareness is required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• On the job training will be provided for SAP and MTU Business Portal.

Responsibilities

• Perform modifications and, with development, scheduled/preventive maintenance and/or corrective maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities for maintenance procedures.
• Attend customer meetings to obtain sign-off for work performed.
