Rolls-Royce is seeking a Team Leader to lead a multi-skilled MRO team responsible for rail power pack repair, overhaul, refurbishment, testing and return to service. You will drive day-to-day production to meet plan, quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

You will embed standard work, promote learning, coach apprentices and ensure safe working practices across engine removal, heavy lifting, pressure washing and testing activities.

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience leading a production, engineering or MRO team.
• Experience in safety-critical environments.
• Ability to interpret engineering instructions and documentation.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day delivery of the allocated rail power pack overhaul workload.
• Coordinate activities across mechanical, electrical, cleaning, painting, inspection and testing operations.
• Monitor progress and identify delivery risks at an early stage.
• Maintain accurate production status and communicate progress to the Production Manager.
• Support engine and power pack testing activities.
• Capture lessons learned from completed overhauls.
