Job summary

Kier Group plc. is seeking an MEP Technical Supervisor to join the Rail team on nationwide projects across the UK. You will oversee M&E installations, ensure compliance with standards, and act as the client’s on-site representative to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires robust experience in M&E building services and a CSCS card plus a relevant testing/commissioning qualification. Location is nationwide with standard hours (42 per week) and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must hold a technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in M&E building services installation, inspection, testing and commissioning.
• Knowledge of building regulations, standards and health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E/E&P installation quality and safety on site.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Maintain detailed site records and witness testing/commissioning.
• Coordinate between Construction Responsible Engineer and subcontractors.
