Hitachi Rail UK Limited is seeking enthusiastic Maintenance Technicians to join our team in London at the North Pole Train Maintenance Centre. This is an excellent entry point into the rail industry with a strong technical background and a pathway to a long-term career in a global organisation.

The role is on-site with a 24/7 shift roster, travel and overnight stays may be required, and a comprehensive benefits package is on offer including pension, private medical insurance and more.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical disciplines is required.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in engineering.
• Experience with modern rolling stock maintenance is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled maintenance on rolling stock as per maintenance instructions.
• Undertake servicing and preparation of rolling stock.
• Undertake driving duties within depot and follow depot procedures.
• Support production plan delivery and maintenance processes.
