Job summary

ARM is seeking a Production Scheduler in West London to plan and coordinate maintenance and engineering activities within a live rail operation. The role requires strong SAP expertise and excellent stakeholder management to ensure on-time delivery in a safety-critical environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production planning/scheduling within rail, transport, infrastructure, or engineering.
  • Strong SAP (or similar system) experience.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience working in regulated or safety-critical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain production schedules for maintenance and engineering activities.
  • Coordinate workflows across multiple departments and suppliers.
  • Track progress, manage delays, and update schedules accordingly.
  • Release and manage work orders via SAP or similar systems.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and record keeping.
  • Support resource and access planning in a safety-critical environment.
  • Identify issues and support continuous improvement.
