Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is seeking a Production Scheduler to support a rail infrastructure maintenance programme in West London, onsite. The role focuses on planning and coordinating engineering and maintenance activities within a live operational environment.

You will create, maintain, and monitor production schedules, coordinating with engineering, maintenance, procurement, and operations teams to ensure compliant and efficient delivery of works in a safety-critical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning/scheduling within rail, transport, infrastructure, or engineering.
• Strong SAP (or similar system) experience.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in regulated or safety-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules for maintenance and engineering activities
• Coordinate workflows across multiple departments and suppliers
• Track progress, manage delays, and update schedules accordingly
• Release and manage work orders via SAP or similar systems
• Ensure accurate reporting and record keeping
• Support resource and access planning in a safety-critical environment
• Identify issues and support continuous improvement
