AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Team Leader for Complex Projects Rail Systems in the UK. You will lead a diverse team, drive design delivery and resource planning, and ensure safe, on-time, high-quality outputs across multiple rail programmes.

You’ll develop client relationships, contribute to bid activities and expand the rail systems business while maintaining governance and design assurance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading M&E/E&P rail projects through the full lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
