AtkinsRéalis in the UK seeks a Mechanical & Electrical Team Leader to steer the design delivery of complex rail systems. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of up to 12 engineers, technicians and early careers professionals, ensuring outputs are safe, on time and compliant with CDM and quality standards.

This role offers a hybrid working model with opportunities to develop client relationships, contribute to bid activity and grow rail systems capability across major programmes.

Competenze

• Experience leading teams in rail or heavy civils projects.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Understanding of M&E/E&P rail design processes and governance.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a team of up to 12 engineers, technicians and early careers professionals.
• Drive resource planning and workload management across multiple projects.
• Ensure design delivery meets safety, time, budget and quality targets.
• Maintain compliance with CDM, HSE, design governance and quality systems.
