Job summary

TSSI Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E contracts manager to lead a large Hard FM rail contract. You will have 5 supervisors reporting into you and will work very closely with the M&E contract director.

The majority of works will be on the rail network, so a strong background in railway standards and HSQE is essential, along with experience of PPMs and large rollout contracts. The role offers strong scope for progression as the company wins multiple projects and expects to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience with railway standards and HSQE.
• Experience with PPMs and large rollout contracts.
• Line management experience with multiple direct reports (5 supervisors).

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E contracts on a Hard FM rail project.
• Directly manage 5 supervisors and collaborate with the M&E contract director.
• Ensure delivery of works on the rail network and drive project expansion.
