Job summary

RTS Infrastructure, part of Arriva Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead rail and infrastructure projects on site. You will own day-to-day delivery, coordinate site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, and ensure work is performed safely, on time and to the highest standards.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will plan activities, manage budgets and resources, enforce health and safety, and produce required HSQE documentation while promoting a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction or engineering qualification is required.
• Proven experience delivering on-site construction or rail projects.
• Knowledge of health, safety, quality and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient delivery of rail and infrastructure projects on site.
• Plan project timescales, resources and budgets with Project/Construction Managers.
• Direct and supervise site teams, contractors and subcontractors to meet standards.
