Job summary

RTS Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site delivery of rail and infrastructure projects across the UK. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will supervise site teams, coordinate contractors and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to spec.

The role requires a construction qualification and proven track record in managing complex worksites, with a strong emphasis on HSQE and collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction/engineering qualification required.
• Experience managing construction or infrastructure worksites.
• Experience coordinating site teams, subcontractors and project resources.
• Understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery processes.
• Knowledge of health, safety, quality and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient delivery of rail and infrastructure projects on site.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment requirements.
• Plan project timescales, resources and budgets with PMs/CMs.
• Direct and supervise site teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure all site activities comply with industry standards and company procedures.
