Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Manchester is seeking a Commercial Manager to provide commercial support across major infrastructure projects in the North West. You will work with Project Managers, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure delivery on time and within budget while managing diverse work packages.

Hybrid work with three days in the office. Role may also appeal to Senior Quantity Surveyors seeking progression into a Commercial Manager position.

Qualifications

• Experience in rail, construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex interfaces.
• Professional membership such as RICS or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and work package commercial delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget performance.
• Forecast costs, manage budgets and variations across work packages.
• Provide contractual and commercial support to Project Managers and Engineering.
• Prepare and present periodic commercial performance reports.
• Maintain auditable records and liaison with clients and subcontractors.
