Network Rail is inviting applications for a Commercial Manager (Talent Pool) role across multiple locations in England, including Manchester. The role focuses on managing project costs, contracts, and commercial risk to deliver value for passengers and taxpayers.

You'll provide commercial support across the project lifecycle, engage with project teams and procurement, and help lead negotiations and contract governance on major programmes in the region.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience in commercially managing investment projects.
• Good understanding of railway and construction industry forms of contract.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Educated to degree level in related subject.

Responsabilidades

• Provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, including forecasting, reporting, valuations, contract administration, change control and final account settlement activities.
• Work closely with project teams, contractors and procurement colleagues to identify risks and opportunities and support governance.
• Contribute to negotiations, contractor performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
