Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying and commercial management on rail or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of NEC3 contracts (ideally NEC4) and NEC-based commercial processes.
• 2+ years of quantity surveying experience, both pre- and post-contract.
• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of commercial activities within delivery teams.
• Collaborate with supply chain and contractors for cost variation assessments.
• Contribute to contract administration and commercial reporting.
