Qualifications

• Extensive experience in engineering quality management.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools, risk analysis, and audit techniques.
• Familiarity with railway industry standards and engineering processes.
• Proactive mindset with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality of engineering deliverables through inspections, reviews, and audits.
• Drive lean processes and "Right First Time" principles to reduce costs and defects.
• Ensure effective deployment of Design Reviews and DFMEA activities across projects.
• Manage and resolve engineering quality issues promptly to maintain project integrity.
• Lead Return of Experience processes to improve standards and engineering practices.
