Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in production or operations management, preferably in rail or heavy industry.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of safety standards, quality assurance, and supply chain principles.
• Leadership capability with experience developing, coaching multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
