Job summary

Alstom is seeking an Engineering Quality Site Manager to ensure seamless QA of engineering processes and standards. You will work with teams committed to ownership, passion, and excellence in rail systems.

  • Drive lean processes and "Right First Time" principles to reduce costs and defects.
  • Ensure effective deployment of Design Reviews and DFMEA activities across projects.
  • Manage and resolve engineering quality issues promptly to maintain project integrity.
  • Lead Return of Experience processes to improve standards and engineering practices.

Your future role

We're looking for an Engineering Quality Site Manager to ensure seamless quality assurance of engineering processes and standards. You'll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication.

  • Guarantee the quality of engineering deliverables through inspections, reviews, and audits.
  • Drive lean processes and "Right First Time" principles to reduce costs and defects.

  • Manage and resolve engineering quality issues promptly to maintain project integrity.
  • Lead Return of Experience processes to improve standards and engineering practices.
