Job summary

Transportukbus is seeking a Rail Replacement Coordinator to support the GTR network across the Home Counties and Coastal region. The role is based at the TUK London Head Office and focuses on coordinating services during disruptions and pre-planned work.

You will work flexibly, with zero hours, prioritising clear customer communication, service reliability, and safety duties. Training will cover disruption response and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be customer-focused to provide a great experience for travellers.
• Keep customers informed throughout their journey, even when disruptions occur.
• Some duties may be safety-critical and require a safety medical.
• You will be trained to manage disruption scenarios, ensure buses and trains run on time, make announcements, perform safety duties, and assist with customer service and revenue.
• You’ll receive classroom and depot-based training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed.
