Job summary

Northern is seeking a Shift Production Manager at Shipley TrainCare Centre to lead safe, efficient maintenance, servicing and train presentation across shifts. You will drive the production plan, set standards and coach teams to deliver high performance while embedding safety and continuous improvement.

You’ll manage day-to-day operations, build strong internal relationships, and develop a culture where safety, quality and people matter most.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-moving environment
• Strong safety culture and leadership
• Clear, proactive communication and decision making under pressure

• Provide leadership to TrainCare Centre (TCC) teams
