APCOA PARKING UK is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the Northern Trains contract. The role involves driving performance, client relationship management and operational excellence across a dispersed portfolio of sites.

You will liaise with the client and internal teams to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance. Based remotely with travel across Northern England, you will visit sites, monitor equipment, and coordinate engineers to maintain service delivery and implement improvements.

Formación

• Extensive field-based contract or operations experience.
• Experience with parking or transport sectors preferred.
• Strong KPI and SLA monitoring experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee multi-site contract delivery across Northern England.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and performance, raising recovery actions as needed.
• Coordinate vendors, engineers and client stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for governance and audits.
• Support commercial initiatives and budget control under delegated authority.
