Job summary

Pro Rail Services is recruiting a Construction Manager to work in our offices based in Bournemouth or Welwyn Garden City on a full-time basis. You will oversee safe systems, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds an Engineering/Construction degree or HND, has CSCS, and at least 3 years post-qualification construction experience with 7 years in the railway sector.

Qualifications

• Supported construction management with rail or civil projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary site teams and client interfaces.
• Knowledge of safety systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects to the agreed budget.
• Do not start works without a client PO.
• Ensure VOWD is applied for each period.
• Liaison with NR customers and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Directors on strategic issues.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
