The role requires strong CDM and health & safety knowledge and IT literacy, with a collaborative, hands-on approach. Based in London, this position emphasizes governance, reporting, and close partnership with national teams to ensure compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management/assurance functions.
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and health & safety practices.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based audit tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in a site environment.
• Proven ability to work in a team and share knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Undertake site visits to provide governance of construction activities.
• Collate data from site visits toReporting and improvement.
• Identify and manage on-site performance issues with improvement plans.
• Coordinate with Lift and Escalator Project and National teams.
• Review Construction Phase Plan and Work Package Plans; produce post-visit reports.
• Agree and close out improvement plans in a timely manner.
