Qualifications

• possession of a valid CSCS card or PTS competency
• previous experience on construction, civils or rail sites
• good understanding of site health and safety requirements
• knowledge of safe manual handling and correct PPE use
• ability to follow risk assessments, method statements and site instructions
• strong communication and teamwork skills
• reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach
• physical ability to work outdoors and undertake site duties
• flexibility to work shifts, nights or weekends when required
• right to work in the United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Support groundworks, installations, maintenance and other site activities
• Carry out manual handling and general operative duties
• Work safely following site instructions and risk assessments
• Use PPE correctly at all times
• Follow supervisors and site management directions
• Report hazards, incidents and unsafe conditions promptly
• Keep work areas clean, safe and well organised
• Collaborate with colleagues, subcontractors and other site teams
• Complete assigned tasks safely and to standard
