Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Asset Management Principal Consultant to join our UK rail asset management team. You will deliver the rail asset management strategy and lead consultancy projects, developing value propositions across mobility and places.

Reporting to an associate director, you will help grow the rail asset management team, lead colleagues, and act as a subject matter expert in asset management, with a growth mindset driving a unified offering.

Qualifications

• Experience with transportation clients and asset-rich organisations.
• Proven ability to resolve strategic, tactical, and operational challenges in asset management.
• Leadership experience managing professional teams and delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rail asset management projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Contribute to the UK mobility asset management strategy and build global capability.
• Develop asset management strategies, change programmes, and business cases.
• Design ISO55001 aligned management systems and optimise investments.
